Booksigning at Holiday Market

On September 14, 2013, I will be at the Placer Street Holiday Market in Redding, California from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The store is located at 3315 Placer Street.

Holiday Market is a collection of 12 markets located in Northern California. They are making a concerted effort to offer healthy, gluten-free products to their customers.  I have become friends with Kristopher who manages these departments and is very knowledgeable about healthy eating and gluten-free products. I think he is a big part of Holiday's push toward healthy eating and gluten-free. He is a great resource of information on that subject and available at the stores to answer questions about what Holiday Markets have to offer.

On Saturday, September 14th, I will be taking part in Holiday's Health & Wellness Fair which will feature vendors with organic gluten free samples from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I will chat informally about what motivated me to write a specialty health cookbook and what my book attempts to accomplish, which will include my philosophy of healthy eating.

So, if you live in or near Redding, I hope you can stop by and enjoy some of what Holiday Market has to offer, which, of course, includes my gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free cookbook, Delightfully Free. I'd love to sign a copy for you!

Superb.
After a few months on my gluten free diet, I noticed how my hair and skin improved significantly! My dietitian told me that I'll see some changes but not like how quick. I just proceeded to buy gluten free food from food market and follow some online article as they helped me to choose what to buy and what to ignore! I'll suggest everyone to take a look as it worth it!
